Contemporary Venetian Decorative Arts gold vase, in blown Murano glass, worked with pure 24k gold, one part more elongated than the other and both can function as a base. The bodies are both in textured glass with a honeycomb pattern that multiplies reflections and enhances the gold. The Hollywood regency flair is accentuated by a bold sphere worked with pure gold leaf, overlaid with honeycomb crystal glass, and elevated with amber glass disks. Signed Alberto Don Murano.
